Communist
One of my friends asked me whether Communist Party or CPM or Left parties as a whole will come back in future?I do not like communist or leftists at all but communist will come back again. It is because torture on working class has been increasing day by day. Pay cuts has become common. Retrenchment of employee is not a new thing in private industry. Creation of new job is limited. Political leaders are talking only in terms of reservation. There is none to listen to the problems of working class.12 hours working has become a must even in government departments. In private sector, they pay more but exploit fully and the employee is left with no energy to talk to his family or even to think about family. He cannot use the money he earns. All these are enough raw materials for communists to come back in the future .Excess of anything is bad. Therefore when the exploitation of workers will cross the limit, they will unite and come under the banner of communist parties. These left parties are habituated to convert unity of employees in a movement and get their entry in state assemblies or in Parliament. As long as government do not bring about reasonable reformation in laws and do not take firm action to prevent misuse and exploitation of workers , the power of left parties will gradually grow, there is no doubt in it. Left Adament on nuclear deal
Left parties have decided not to compromise with their stand on the nuclear deal and hence it is not possible for Congress party to operationalise the deal as long as they are dependent on the outside support of the left parties.
If the Congress party and other coalition partners in UPA still believe that the deal is very much beneficial for the nation and is unavoidable, they must explore the possibility of alternative remedy available to ensure that the deal is operationalised.
The immediate solution visible to Congress Party is to accept the challenge of left parties and allowing the government to fall and go for fresh election.
But is it the right solution for the issue which relates to the interest of the nation as a whole?
Fate of the country cannot be sacrificed only to keep left parties happy.
Further election is not at all the sure sort solution to the problem which the congress party is facing in making the nuclear deal success. There is no guarantee at all that the Congress Party will get absolute majority in the fresh election. Undoubtedly there will be another coalition government once again. The problem will remain unsolved even after the result of the election.
Obviously once again there will be conflicting line of opinions on the risk involved and the benefits associated with the proposed nuclear deal with USA. Once again the outcome of the fresh election force the leaders of all the political parties to sit together , shed their personal or party ego , reconcile their existing position, compromise with the greed of vote banks, sacrifice their vested interests and evolve a consensus on the issue in the overall interest of the country.
As such to save the expenses on the nation- wide election, it is desirable for all leaders to try for alternative now and immediately without delay to make the nuclear deal success if it is considered beneficial by majority of experienced and wise politicians, academicians and other defense experts.
In my opinion Congress party must seek the support of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) who is more or less in support of the deal. If Congress and BJP along with their partners in UPA or NDA come together on the issue of vital deal, the future generation will be obliged to them.
There will be opposition on every issue and there is no such issue which will be supported by one and all. As such in the interest of the nation there is no harm if BJP and Congress party come together to get success on the nuclear deal as also save crores of rupees on the election.
Any political party which avoids acting fast on such issue only on account of pseudo secularism or communalism will be cursed by all citizens who think for the nation. Parties which are befooling the nation on the slogan of secularism will be punished badly in the coming election. Similarly the voters will not ignore the political party which in the name of God Ram or any political agenda avoids supporting nuclear deal which is considered the most beneficial for the country.
Political parties must leave the dirty politics of quota or subsidy and do some actual work. People are very mush fed up with the present brand of politicians. Our leaders should get up from their deep slumber before it is too late, otherwise days are not far when they will be brutally beaten up and badly humiliated by angry mob. Already this trend has started to show its ugly and damaging awtar.Anarchy is slowly taking the place of democracy and the entire blame for such change in the attitude of the public goes to our politicians.
